Bear is a unique Speedshot, who is able to postpone the "burn-out" of most Speedshots by receiving a daily transfusion of fresh nanite blood. He also has electrodes implanted in him, which his handler, June Schnieder, uses as a crude "remote control." Bloodshot is unable to control Bear's nanites with his Harbinger ability.
