The Harbinger Foundation forms the Black Ops Harbinger squad to contain and capture Harbingers that can not function in normal society. "Black Ops" is a clandestine description and this squad is no different.
A Touch of Fire
When the Black Ops Harbingers went to capture Marco Rosetti, a psychopathic Harbinger who left a trail of charred victims after his escape from a medical facility, they ran into Bloodshot, who tried to stop them. Ultimately, under the leadership of Leigh Rosetti, Marco’s wife, the squad captured Marco and, apparently, led him to his execution.
