Ayisha is a troubled young woman who left home at the age of 15. Eventually, she secures a modeling contract and becomes a supermodel whose face adorns magazine covers worldwide. After Papa Juju, a drug dealer, gets Ayisha addicted to "Bloofer," a drug of his own making, he is delighted to discover that due to her abusive past she is compelled to kill her lovers and drink their blood. Soon, Ayisha becomes the "The Bloofer Lady," a symbol of death.
The Blood Is The Life
While in New Orleans investigating the newest drug sensation, Bloofer, Bloodshot met Ayisha in a club. The two became lovers and, through his concern for her, he crossed paths with Papa Juju, the man responsible for Bloofer's creation. After Bloodshot tailed Ayisha to Juju's secret lair, Juju drugged him and buried him alive next to Ayisha’s staked corpse.
After he recovered, Bloodshot escaped his tomb and enacted his revenge on Papa Juju.
