The squadron leader of the HARD Corps field team, Charles Palmer is a veteran of the Viet Nam War who spent time in Vietnamese and Cambodian prison camps. Indoctrinated into the HARD Corps, Charles retains his position, and since his men call him Gunslinger, Omen Enterprises continued such nicknames across the unit to promote team identity.
When he is not busy with HARD Corps, Charles owns and operates a small private airline company called Palmer Air.
