Gridlock is a mercenary who suffers from issues of mental instability that the government brings out of forced retirement to overpower Aric Dacia and his Manowar Class Armor. With everything to prove and nothing to loose during his battle with Aric, Gridlock pushes his control dial past its usual limits to increase his strength, but, in the end, Aric easily defeats him with an ion blast from one of his wrist cannons.
