At The Ranch, Ellen Sartoris sits in her high-tech control center and monitors the activities of each member of the HARD Corps field unit. Because HARD Corps brain implants can only simulate one Harbinger power at a time, Ellen has to remain keenly aware of each phase of the unit’s mission via high frequency radio transceiver. When a HARD Corps member calls out a needed power, Ellen immediately alters the team member’s brain implant to simulate that power.
By the 41st Century, the data from the database is programmed within the Psi-Lords' Molmachs, which allows them to access the powers within it without relying on an operator.
