Swearing revenge on Department W for her father's death, Helena Wolfbridge enlisted the services of twin assassins Aaron and Jacob, known as Snakebite, to kill its members.
Upon her father’s death, Helena Wolfbridge swears revenge on Department W and enlists the services of Snakebite, twin assassins Aaron and Jacob, to kill its members. As part of her twisted legacy, Helena has Snakebite release three inmates from a Harbinger Foundation detention facility for unstable Harbingers in Springfield, Illinois to steal two Polaris missiles she intends to usher in a nuclear holocaust.
Ultimately, Randy Cartier foils Helena's evil plot, and when Helena tries to escape she seemingly kills her.
