Henry Galloway was the founder of the company that would become known as Galloway & Galloway. Henry Galloway fought in World War I two full years before the rest of the United States of America by enlisting in the British Army. During combat, Galloway witnessed the loss of life and limb to simple infections.
In peace-time, Galloway turned his attentions to chemistry and medical sciences for a solution. He invented the greatest "quick fix' of all time: the commercial liquid bandage. Shrewd investments and foresight parlayed an invention into a pharmaceutical empire and the man into a renowned visionary.
The most influential figures of his time, saints and sinners alike, sought his views -- on the creation of a "superior" race, mastery over the atomic and sub-atomic, even man's destiny on Earth and in space.
An accomplished son assured him a legacy. And a fatal airplane crash, which took both their lives, passed that legacy on to his grandchildren: Harold and Kenneth Galloway.
