When Edward T. Sedgewick escapes from the Harbinger Foundation, Amanda, his girlfriend, goes with him, and though their romantic relationship does not last long, they remain friends, so when Geoff McHenry needs their help, she is always there for them.
Recaptured by the foundation, Amanda undergoes a lobotomy procedure that radically alters her personality and turns her into a loyal Eggbreaker warrior that joins Toyo Harada and helps him fulfill his dream of a new world order.
Due to the lobotomy, Amanda looses her memories of her friendship with Edward.
