Meeting in the Air is the name given to a gathering of the Minions of Darque, hundreds of individual made up of doctors, lawyers, scholars, artists, and the best minds of New Orleans, all of whom willingly sacrificed themselves to empower Master Darque, a 19th Century necromancer.
With the life force Darque takes from his minions, he can sustain his power for years.
