Rand Banion is a Special Forces officer and decorated soldier chosen to wear the X-O Armor as part of Project X-O. Before joining Project X-O, Rand Banion served with Special Forces for four years and racked up a number of impressive achievements, like dealing with twelve Iraqi soldiers transporting biological weapons during the First Gulf War.
On his very first mission, Rand saved an entire town from destruction, but he died in the process.
