A homeless man that got his name from the word written on his hat and was known for wandering around town holding a sign that read “Put Rotwak In A ___”.
After being arrested for trying to shoot Leland Paige, the proud founder of H.A.T.E. training and the states’ representative in the legislature, Rotwak was placed under observation at the Louisiana State Hospital, where he met Patient 927, aka Maxim St. James.
During Chaos Effect, Rotwak helped Maxim find Master Darque in a cemetery, where Maxim trapped Darque's runes inside the mark on his chest.
