Sahbel is a Moorish Geomancer who battled the Spider Aliens alongside Gilad Anni-Padda during one of their incursions in the 14th Century. Initially neither the Geomancer nor the Eternal Warrior cared much for the other, but as is the case with many Geomancers, the hard fought experiences between the two grew within each a strong respect for the other.
