Originally intended for Omen Enterprises and commissioned by the Weaponeer, an alias of Colin King, Dave Hoban designed the suits while in the employment of the Weaponeer Organization for four individuals that British Intelligence refers to as the Intended Weapons. Ultimately, Bloodshot recovers the suits were recovered at the behest of Neville Alcott, who uses them to put together his own Secret Weapons team.
The Suits
- The Para-Man suit mimics the powers of PSI-borgs (i.e. Harbinger abilities).
- The Sonar suit directs sound at any given frequency to vibrate, move, or destroy an object.
- The Mach suit gives the wearer super fast reflexes.
