Terrence Magnum was an arms dealer who Quantum inadvertently linked to a murder through flimsy evidence that Quantum & Woody nevertheless surrendered to authorities after discovering a stolen government component in his possession.
Having incurred his wrath, Terrence sought out the undynamic duo to exact his revenge. His first act was to kill Taylor, who he wrongly believed was Woody, to send a message to Eric. Eventually Woody caught up to Magnum and pummeled him as punishment for Taylor’s dead. The beating nearly crippled Magnum for life.
Sometime later, Magnum came across Quantum & Woody’s discarded wristbands, and when he tried to put them on the unregulated power flow disintegrated him.
