Thompson is one of the first Speedshots that Hideyoshi Iwatsu creates to capture Bloodshot.
Blood of The Machine
After Thompson and his partner, Otomo, tracked down Bloodshot, they trapped him underwater and chained him to a pier while they crushed him with a length of chain. When Bloodshot took control of the nanites in their veins with his Harbinger ability to control electronics, he accelerated Otomo and Thompson’s pulse rates until their brains exploded from the effort.
