A genetically enhanced Webnet agent, Wassily Borkov is on a mission to destroy Colin King for what he did to his son, Arkady Borkov.
When The Specialists capture Wassily, they infuse him with implants in his cerebral cortex that insure that he will never cross Webnet again. His brain fried, Wassily regresses to act like a canine.
After Ninjak follows the trail of Dr. Augustus Silkowski to the Wharf and finds him trying to escape with Wassily in a motor boat, he destroys the gas tanks to stop him and the explosion kills Wassily.
